Final Message
L.A.B.A.S. & O.W.L. — Our World League
Connecting Nations. Empowering Communities. Building a Better Future.
From Local Experience to Global Cooperation
L.A.B.A.S. is an Ireland-based nonprofit organisation with experience in community development, cultural cooperation and international educational initiatives. Building on its activities and partnerships, L.A.B.A.S. is taking the initiative to develop a new international cooperation platform: O.W.L. – Our World League.
Initiated by Dainius Čepaitis, O.W.L. is envisioned as a global network connecting nonprofit organisations, charitable foundations, educational institutions, businesses, community leaders and international partners.
Its purpose is to bring together people, knowledge, resources and opportunities to develop practical projects that create lasting social value.
One World. Many Nations. Common Goals.
Our Five Strategic Priorities
1. Children, Youth & Future Generations
Creating opportunities for education, personal development, international youth exchanges, cultural activities, inclusion and leadership.
2. Cultural Diplomacy & International Friendship
Building bridges between nations through cultural festivals, heritage initiatives, artistic cooperation, educational exchanges and international friendship.
3. Sustainable Communities & Social Innovation
Exploring innovative approaches to sustainable living, affordable housing, renewable energy, community infrastructure, entrepreneurship and environmentally responsible development.
4. International Partnerships & Economic Opportunities
Connecting organisations, institutions, foundations and businesses to develop joint international projects, social enterprises, innovation initiatives and opportunities for cooperation.
5. Humanitarian Cooperation & Social Inclusion
Supporting initiatives focused on vulnerable communities, disadvantaged children, families and people facing social exclusion, with an emphasis on dignity, opportunity and long-term empowerment.
The Role of L.A.B.A.S.
L.A.B.A.S. provides the organisational experience and international connections from which the O.W.L. initiative is being developed.
The long-term ambition is to establish O.W.L. as a structured international network with participating organisations from different countries, capable of developing and implementing joint programmes.
O.W.L. is currently an emerging initiative. Its future organisational structure, governance arrangements, partnerships and operational programmes remain subject to further development and agreement.
From Vision to Practical Projects
The O.W.L. vision is intended to grow through real initiatives that bring people and organisations together.
Potential development areas include the Eco Village sustainable community concept, international cultural programmes, educational cooperation, youth development, social innovation and community-based projects.
Each initiative will be developed according to its own feasibility, partnerships, funding opportunities and implementation requirements.
An Invitation to International Cooperation
We welcome dialogue with foundations, nonprofit organisations, educational institutions, businesses, community leaders and international partners who share our commitment to meaningful cooperation.
Together, we can connect nations, empower communities and build a better future.

L.A.B.A.S. & O.W.L. — Eco Village
Eco Village – Building Sustainable Communities for the Future
A Joint Development Vision of L.A.B.A.S. & O.W.L. – Our World League
Eco Village is a forward-looking community development concept initiated through L.A.B.A.S. in Ireland and envisioned as one of the future collaborative initiatives associated with O.W.L. – Our World League.
Our vision goes beyond creating residential spaces. We aim to explore a sustainable community model where housing, education, entrepreneurship, innovation, environmental responsibility and international cooperation work together to improve people’s quality of life.
The concept brings together four interconnected development areas.
1. Residential Community
Creating opportunities for affordable and sustainable housing, designed around the needs of families and individuals.
The vision includes environmentally responsible construction, renewable energy solutions, shared green spaces, accessible community facilities and a safe, welcoming living environment.
2. Local Business & Community Hub
Developing a vibrant centre for community life, local businesses, employment opportunities and essential services.
Potential facilities include educational and childcare spaces, cultural and recreational activities, community meeting areas, small enterprises and services supporting everyday life.
3. International Business & Innovation Hub
Establishing opportunities for international cooperation between businesses, educational institutions, researchers, entrepreneurs and technology specialists.
The concept explores innovation, digital technologies, sustainable development solutions, entrepreneurship and knowledge exchange between Ireland and international partners.
4. Eco-Farming & Agri-Innovation
Exploring sustainable agriculture, environmentally responsible food production, innovative farming technologies and practical education.
This area could support local food initiatives, agricultural research, community participation and responsible land management.
From Ireland to International Cooperation
Eco Village is being explored within the Irish context, with the ambition to develop partnerships that connect local community needs with international knowledge, experience and innovation.
Through L.A.B.A.S. and the emerging O.W.L. initiative, we hope to engage organisations, foundations, businesses, researchers and community representatives interested in sustainable community development.
Current Development Stage
Eco Village is currently a strategic development concept. No construction, location, financing or implementation timetable is being presented as confirmed.
Future progress will depend on feasibility assessments, appropriate partnerships, planning and regulatory requirements, financial resources and a realistic implementation strategy.
Join Our Vision
We welcome dialogue with potential partners, foundations, investors, researchers, educational institutions, local authorities and community organisations interested in exploring this initiative.
Together, we can transform innovative ideas into practical opportunities for future generations.
