L.A.B.A.S. supports the idea that talented young people should not be forced to leave their communities or countries in search of development opportunities.

Preventing Emigration Through Opportunity

Many young people leave not because they want to abandon their communities, but because they lack opportunities, support systems, innovation environments, access to education, professional networks, mentorship, and development platforms.
